
Sylvestre Sidie M Kallon Founder and National Team Lead
He is a Development and Human Rights practitioner with strong background in Programme planning, Child Protection, Gender and Women’s Empowerment and a Peace Advocate.
He holds a post graduate degree in the social sciences (Master in Peace and Development Studies) with 20 years of working experience in both public and humanitarian aid sectors at strategic management levels.
He has served on several governing boards of both local and international organizations .
He has versed experience in safeguarding and managing people.
His activism focuses on fighting injustices and inequalities especially for children and young people at risk of abuse and exploitation.
His leadership at Future Focus Foundation has generated trusted partnership with Local and Overseas Charities, Foundations and Trusts.
He has passion for children in street situations and those with disability.

Satta Mojama Senesie - Board Chairperson
Satta Mojama Senesie is the Chairperson of the Future Focus Foundatino Board.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Guidance and Counseling.
Satta Mojama Senesie is an experienced School Teacher, and a Child Protection Expert with over 10 years working experience in Programme Management. She has wealth of experience in gender and humanitarian work especially in emergencie cases.

P.C. Mariama Tamia Jaward - Board Member
Paramount Chief of Niawa chiefdom Kenema District, Eastern Sierra Leone.
One of the female traditional ruler in Sierra Leone, a trained and qualified teacher with wealth of knowledge in educational administration. She has brought a lot of expertise in child survival and development into the organization. She has passion for children and young girls especially those at risk of harm and abuse.
As a traditional ruler, her leadership role has influenced a lot of community support in our interventions.

Patrick Sam Adu - Board Member
Patrick has long term experience in Public Interest Activism, Policy Advocacy, governance issues, and Civil Society Background.
Coordinator of the Mobilization for the Reign of Democracy (MRD) in Sierra Leone, and former Coordinator for the National Elections Watch (NEW)
His is very passionate on policy reforms for the betterment of women and children.
His expertise has contributed immensely to FFF policies and strategic plan reviews and development.

Alpha J. A. Lamin - Board
Alpha Lamin Serves on the Board from the private sector background. He worked for the largest multinational corporation in the republic of Liberia and the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) in Sierra Leone.
He currently serves as Secretary General for the Traders Union in Kenema district, eastern Sierra Leone.
He has demonstrated wide range experience in organizational development and people management contributing to the extension of FFF intervention into the Kailahun district where over 30 young people have been provided with skills and tools for self reliance.

Anthony Kamara - Board Member
Anthony works as a lecturer in the Community Development Studies Department at the Eastern Technical University (ETU)
Anthony holds a Masters Degree in Peace and Development Studies.
He is currently the Assistant Secretary of the Academic staff Association of the ETU and Chairman of the Local Policing Partnership Board, Kenema Division providing liaison between the police and the civil populace.
His enthusiasm to support the existence of Future Focus Foundation has been immense.

Doris Finda Ngekia-Kallon - Head of Livelihood Empowerment and Safeguarding
As a Lead trainer in Gender Action Learning System (GALS), Doris manages our vocational centre, Foundation Institute For Gender Empowerment (FIGE) where over 300 young people mainly teen mothers have been equipped with market-demand skills and start-up kits. She represents FFF on the Child Protection Steering Committee at the Ministry of Children Affairs at district level. Doris is a trained and qualified primary school teacher with 18 years teaching experience.
She was appointed as International Women’s Human Rights Focal person for Amnesty International Sierra Leone in Dublin, Ireland in 2015.

Fred T Nyuma - Former Programme Manager
Fred was a graduate from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He was very passionate about Youth transformation and Peace building initiatives. He introduced the intervention of working with children in street situation.

Hawa Ruth Keifala - Finance and Admin Officer
Hawa joined Future Focus Foundation in 2013 as volunteer Office Assistant. Her commitment, dedication, perseverance and determination quickly elevated her to the current position, and is now a member of the Senior Management team. Hawa manages all project finances including the institutional account. She holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Management and Administration. She has wealth of knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship. Hawa is very passionate working with vulnerable people especially women, children and Young people in deprived situations including children in street situations.

Alphan Kelvin Massaquoi - Programme Support Officer
Alphan has a Bachelor of Education Degree in Community Development Studies, versed in project management and community development initiatives. Alphan has worked with the organization for over 6 years as part of the Senior Management team. He has contributed immensely to the protection and promotion of children’s rights including mentoring young people to serve as peer educators in schools and communities to advocate and respond to sexual and gender based violence.

Umaro Sheriff - Field Officer
Umaro joined Future Focus Foundation as volunteer community animator. Working with vulnerable groups and communities has increased his experience and knowledge in community mobilization and field work.
Umaro was recruited as project Coordinator for the just concluded Street Children Project funded by Red Nose Day through the Consortium for Street Children (CSC).
Umaro has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance.

Fomba Koroma - Community Intervention Liaison Officer (CILO), Kailahun district.
Fomba is the chief representative of our Kailahun district projects: Highway One Trust (HOT) and Tools For Self Reliance (TFSR-UK). Fomba holds a National Diploma in Educational Administration and Higher National Diploma in Business Management and Administration with 6 years secondary school teaching experience.
Fomba has been very supportive to our expanded intervention in Kailahun district where FFF has empowered over 60 young people and families through skills training and other economic opportunities among which 40 are teen mothers.
